US to Quit Saudi
Shortly before he landed on the USS Abraham Lincoln in a staged event for the military-publicity complex, President Bush had his people let the world know that the US would be pulling out of Saudi Arabia. It is a prudent and strategically wise decision, not only because the job of destroying Iraq's Ba'athist regime is done but also because it gets the Americans out of the way of the mess Saudi will plunge itself into in the coming years. Iraq Divided Among Occupiers
All of Iraq is divided into three parts, to paraphrase Gauis Julius Caesar. The US will take the center of the country, including Baghdad; the British will administer the south, where Her Majesty's forces have operated throughout the affair; and Poland (remember Poland actually sent troops to fight) will administer the north, including Kurdish-Iraq. The Bush team, without the UN, has managed to internationalize the occupation and still retain control. Click here for more.

US Roadmap to Mid-East Peace Unveiled
True to his word, Mr. Bush has handed out his "roadmap to peace" for the Middle East now that Abu Mazen has been confirmed as Palestinian Prime Minister. It reminds one of a joke, often told at the expense of an Irishman, about a traveler who stops to ask directions of a stranger. The stranger knows how to reach a certain place but says, "First off, I wouldn't start from here." Click here to read why.
