Hussein Brothers Killed in Firefight
Simply, John Donne was wrong. In Meditation VXII, he wrote that "any man's death diminishes me." In the cases of Uday and Qusay Hussein, the loathsome offspring of Saddam Hussein the mass murderer, their deaths have made the world a better place. The value of a human life lies in its potential for good, not in that simple fact that it is human. With this evil expunged, the monstrosity that is Ba'athism has less hope for survival, and Iraq might just have a chance at internal peace. Click here to read Kensington's Opinion.

India's Supreme Court Plays with Fire
The courts have done it again by over-reaching their authority, but this time it happened in India. A Christian priest wanted to leave some property to charity, but under Indian law, a Christian with close living relatives may not do this. Other religions are bound by other laws. The Indian Supreme Court struck down the law and suggested that a common civil code would improve Indian national integration. Fortunately, the Indian constitution permits the practice of any religion, and while it may seem like discrimination, the court was wrong in its decision and is being dangerously provocative. Saudi Influence Classified
That there was official involvement by the Saudi government in the attack America September 11, 2001 is unlikely. That there were Saudi government "rogue" agents involved will be a matter of conspiracy theories for years to come. That 15 of the 19 murderers were Saudi nationals is beyond dispute. And so America must be very careful in how it encourages democracy in Saudi Arabia, because there are a great many Saudis to whom the US is an evil regardless of how nicely the royal family acts.
